Re-post: Snow Days!


I have a snow day. 

Snow days are often a struggle for me.

For some unknown reason, I am ravenous when it snows... Being stuck at home makes it even harder. I can say that the past few snow days, I have done better than usual but I still struggle. 

Today, with the help of my WW girls, I pre-planned my day (down to potential snacks) and I am trying to surpass my daily intake of water to stay full. 

I am confident that I will be able to stay on track this time. With that said, I will be working hard to accomplish this. I have set goals for myself. 

Today's Goals:
-hit 6,000 steps
-eat only what I have planned
-drink 120 ounces of water
-hit the treadmill
-try a workout DVD
