Re-post: Simply Filling Week #2 2/8/15

So this past Friday, I had my second weigh in since starting Simply Filling and I lost another 1.6!  I am so happy with these results.

What I am even happier about is how I am feeling on this journey!  Simply Filling has felt so wonderful for so many reasons:
1. Better Skin (IMO)
2. Not feeling hungry all the time
3. Making GOOD food choices consistently
4. Getting in more than my daily water intake goal!

I'm going to keep working on it!  Today, I did my meal prep for the week in addition to making more banana cookies and baked Cinnamon Spice Cheerios!
